Specialist hotel real estate broker Soric International said it has been appointed to handle the sale of the privately-owned Quinta Splendida on the Portuguese Island of Madeira. The 166-room resort has recently undergone major investment, including the addition of a 1,400-m[sup]2[/sup] luxury Wellness Spa. Hotel group Steigenberger is the preferred partner to operate the property.
