Sonae Sierra has said that LeiriaShopping, its new shopping centre in Leiria, Portugal is expected to open its doors on March 25. The development represents an investment of about EUR 79 mln and comprises 44,395 m[sup]2[/sup] of gross lettable area. Around 97% of the retail space is already let, according to the international shopping centre developer-owner.
Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
