Skanska to spend €52m on Phase I of Wroclaw office project

Nordic developer Skanska said on Tuesday that it is investing SEK 540 mln (€52.4 mln) in the first phase of an office development located in Wroclaw.

Phase I of the project consists of 26,000 m2 of total leasable area across two assets of 15 and six storeys respectively. The two buildings will share a two-level underground parking lot.

The construction will start this month, and it is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2020.

The larger project consists of five buildings with a total area of 85,000 m2. It will be Skanska’s seventh office asset in Wroclaw, and it is expected to be completed in four phases.

The complex is aiming for LEED Platinum certification, as well as a WELL Building Standard certificate and a 'Building without barriers' certificate.
