Skanska sells stake in Maputo Harbour

Swedish construction and property company Skanska said on Wednesday that it is divesting its remaining 12% shareholding in the Maputo harbour project in Mozambique to South African company Grindrod for SEK 105 mln (just over EUR 11 mln). Skanska Infrastructure Development developed the harbour as a Public Private Partnership jointly with other international investors and the government of Mozambique.
