Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank have been mandated to sell the first and second buildings of the Danilovsky Fort business centre in Moscow. The properties, which are owned by local property developer Sistema-Hals, provide a total area of 27,500 m[sup]2[/sup] and will be offered for a price of $3,000 per m2, or a total of $82 mln (EUR 58 mln).
Private real estate holding Global Holdings Group has acquired mixed-use asset 10 Great Pulteney Street from fashion retailer Boohoo.
