London-headquartered investment firm Signal Capital Partners has sold an office building in Agustín de Foxá 25, Madrid, for €37.5 mln.
The building is located in the area of the future Castellana North District, and comprises 7,000 m2 of space over 13 floors, with 143 parking spaces.
The property was renovated in 2018 to what the vendor's agent described as 'the highest quality standards'.
The asset is 100% occupied with tenants such as the Ministry of Finance and appliance distribution firm, Candy.
'This transaction confirms our capacity to deliver strategic opportunities and link international institutional capital with private national family offices,' said Neil Livingstone, managing director of capital markets at Colliers, sole advisors to the vendor.
