Advisory firm Savills has revealed it is bringing to market 213 residential units and three commercial units around Dublin City, requesting bids in excess of €46 mln.
The portfolio comprises 27 properties across Dublin - in locations including Clontarf, Rathmines, Rathgar, Phibsborough, North and South Circular Road - with a total rent roll of €3.49 mln, for sale by private treaty.
Dessie Kilkenny from Savills described it as 'an excellent opportunity for an incoming investor to capitalise on the strong rental market conditions through this fully compliant residential investment'.
The price reflects a gross initial yield of 7.2%.
The assets date from before 1963, but have all been recently refurbished, and are said to be compliant with planning, fire regulations and local authority housing standards.
