Property adviser Savills has appointed William Gould as director of its retail investment team in Milan. Gould joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he was a partner in Milan and worked for 10 years in retail investment. At Cushman & Wakefield he was involved in the successful conclusion of over EUR 2 bn of retail transactions.
