Savills adds to Dutch valuation team

Broker Savills has recruited Bas Kamperman as an associate director within its valuation team at its Amsterdam office, to focus on valuations for Dutch funds and cross-border valuations.

Over the past 13 years, Kamperman has gained experience in the real estate sector at Cushman & Wakefield in various positions. He started his career as a researcher before moving into valuing commercial real estate assets, such as offices, logistics and retail properties, for both Dutch and foreign clients. In his most recent role, he was responsible for various large accounts.

Martijn Onderstal, head of Valuation at Savills in the Netherlands, said: ‘Due to his broad experience in the international real estate sector and his specialism in fund appraisals, Bas is a great addition to our team.

'He is known in the market as a reliable valuer with a thorough knowledge of real estate. I am therefore very pleased that he brings his knowledge and expertise to Savills to provide our clients with an even better service and to guide our junior staff in their training to become registered valuers.’
