Property consultant Savills has appointed Malgorzata Fucik as the new head of its retail department in Poland. Fucik previously worked for Immochan, the real estate subsidiary of Grupo Auchan, and also co-operated with TK Development. She has 12 years real estate experience in the retail property sector and has been involved in the development of 16 shopping malls and retail parks in Poland with a total gross lettable area of 400,000 m[sup]2[/sup].
