SNS Property Finance, the real estate arm of nationalised Dutch bank SNS Reaal, is selling its La Cigüeña residential development in southern Spain to a consortium of Dutch investors.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
