Spanish property company Riofisa has acquired a plot of land in Madrid's Fernando de Henares district and is planning to develop a new business park on the site for a total investment of EUR 81 mln. The park will include some 56,540 m[sup]2[/sup] of space for logistics, industrial and office use, Riofisa said in a press release. It will add it to other 25 projects that the company is developing in the Spanish capital and its surroundings.
