Global investment manager Realterm has announced the acquisition of a 27,620-m2 industrial outdoor storage cross-dock logistics facility in Hinckley, UK.
The property is fully leased to multinational retailer Tesco Distribution, a subsidiary of Tesco. Located at 10 Dodwells Road, it offers 55 loading positions, truck parking and immediate highway access.
'We look forward to engaging and supporting Tesco, the UK’s biggest supermarket chain, with its operation in Hinckley and its distribution network needs in the region,' said Leonie Kierkels, Director Asset Management, Europe for Realterm.
'Despite challenging capital markets conditions, occupier demand remains robust in the market,' said Jon Chalkley, head of European Investments for Realterm. 'We're bullish on the UK logistics market and are keen for further expansion.'
