ECE wins top spot in retail developer ranking
Three recently completed projects in Poland have helped propel pan-European shopping centre specialist ECE to the top spot of PropertyEU’s annual ranking of the leading retail developers in Europe. The Hamburg-based company moved from third to first position this year after completing just under 400,000 m2 of projects between 2014 and 2016.

CEE retail gains ground
CEE accounted for four of the 10 biggest retail schemes completed in 2014-16, according to PropertyEU’s latest Top Retail Developers survey. Hamburg-based ECE takes the top spot thanks to new schemes like Zielone Arkady in Poland.
