AIM-listed Raven Russia has reached a preliminary agreement to let 52,000 m[sup]2[/sup] in the second phase of a planned 200,000 m[sup]2[/sup] warehouse development at Istra, Moscow. The building is due for completion in April 2008. Raven Russia said global logistics operator DSV Solutions has agreed to lease all of the Phase Two facility for ten years 'at a rent ahead of expectations'.
Singapore's Mapletree Investments has acquired 31 student housing assets in the UK and Germany from Cuscaden Peak Investments for £1 bn (€1.2 bn).
