Quantum Property Partnership, a 50/50 joint venture between Quintain Estates and Morley Fund Management, has secured an agreement with the South West of England Regional Development Agency to create a new science and technology park, SPark, in Bristol. Quantum plans to develop 77,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of science and technology space on a 22-hectare site for an investment of £200 mln (EUR 297 mln).
Portuguese real estate investor and developer Bondstone is investing around €70 mln in a residential development in Belas Clube de Campo, municipality of Sintra, Portugal.
