German developer Quantum Immobilien has won a EUR 54 mln tender to redevelop a 40,000 m[sup]2[/sup] complex in Hamburg which currently houses the city's Urban Development Authority.
Westland Shopping Centre in the Brussels neighbourhood of Anderlecht may be up for sale, according to Belgian media reports.
