Marking PropertyEU's 10th anniversary in 2016, the awards are designed to recognise and honour outstanding achievement in the professional real estate investment and advisory sectors over the decade.
How the winners are decided and how you can make your vote count
Over 200 nominations were reviewed by the PropertyEU research and editorial teams in the following categories:
- Office
- Retail & Leisure
- Logistics
- Residential
- Portfolio
- Debt
- Newcomer
- Development
- Corporate Deal
- Editor's Choice
The nominations were evaluated in terms of being:
- Innovative and effective in terms of the transaction or investment structure
- Transformational for the buyer or seller
- A game changer for the broader European real estate industry
A shortlist for each of the 10 categories was published on 20 December in PropertyEU Magazine.
Your Vote
A jury made up of leading industry figures has selected a finalist for each category, and it is now up to PropertyEU's readers to decide the overall winner. Every registered reader, in Europe and around the globe, has a vote to decide the overall winner of the Deal of the Decade from the winners of the 10 categories.
