The winners of PropertyEU's Deal of the Decade awards will be announced at a gala dinner hosted by PropertyEU at London's Banqueting House on 26 April.
The awards, in 10 categories, recognise outstanding achievements in real estate over the past 10 years since the launch of PropertyEU. In addition to the 10 category winners an overall winner will be announced, chosen by you, PropertyEU's readers.
The 10 categories are: office, retail & leisure, logistics, residential, portfolio, debt, newcomer, development, corporate deal and Editor's Choice.

'The Deal of the Decade is an important opportunity to celebrate innovation and excellence in our industry over the last 10 years. Banqueting House provides a perfect setting and I’m excited to hear the views of the panel and also the views of our 15,000 readers around the world on the Deal of the Decade,' PropertyEU's Publisher Richard Betts commented.
Over 200 responses
PropertyEU received over 200 responses to its invitation to submit nominations for the awards last year. The criteria for entry were that the deal had to be innovative and effective in terms of the transaction or investment structure, transformational for the buyer or seller, or a game changer for the broader European real estate industry.
The shortlist was drawn up by the PropertyEU research and editorial teams and announced at the end of January. The shortlist will be published on our website on Friday, 3 February. The nominees will go forward to a jury made up of leading industry figures who will select a winner and three finalists in each category.
The finalists will be published in PropertyEU's March edition and readers will be able to vote for the overall Deal of the Decade winner from the 10 category winners. Voting will begin on 14 March, the first day of the MIPIM international real estate conference in Cannes.
A night worth remembering!
PropertyEU's Deal of the Decade awards night promises to be a memorable occasion celebrating the best of European real estate, in a venue befitting the occasion. Designed by Inigo Jones in 1622 and featuring Peter Paul Rubens's magnificent ceiling frescoes, Banqueting House in Whitehall Palace is steeped in history and architectural excellence.
