Prologis announced today it has signed a third-quarter lease agreement for a newly developed, 29,000 m[sup]2[/sup] distribution facility in the UK to TPN. The pallet distribution firm will occupy building 4 at Prologis Park Midpoint in the West Midlands. TPN is an established Prologis customer in the UK and is expanding into the facility at Midpoint from a 21,000 m[sup]2[/sup] distribution facility it currently occupies with Prologis at Central Park Rugby. The firm's current lease was due to expire in early 2010.
