US company Prologis is joining other top-tier members of the European logistics real estate sector to present a market update and analysis in September.
PropertyEU’s State of Logistics Roundtable 2020 takes place on Thursday, 3 September as an exclusive private event with heavyweights CBRE, GLP Europe (formerly Gazeley), Mileway, Mountpark, Panattoni, and Segro already having signed to share up-to-the-minute briefings as Q4 approaches at the end of a tumultuous year for real estate.
Representatives are Jack Cox, MD Industrial and Logistics (CBRE); Nick Cook, CEO (GLP Europe); Emmanuel Van Der Stichele, CEO (Mileway); Nigel Rowe, MD, Western Europe (Mountpark); Robert Dobrzycki, CEO Europe (Panattoni); and Andy Gulliford, COO (Segro).
They will now be joined by President of Prologis Europe, Ben Bannatyne.
Some are seeing the logistics sector charge/rally continuing into the fourth quarter despite chaos caused by Covid-19. Attention will focus on tenants, rent collection, the investment market, last mile versus big box, supply chains, comparisons with other major asset classes, pre let and speculative development activity, the continued effect of e-commerce, ESG and social impact, plus much more.
