European real estate investment manager Principal Real Estate Europe has appointed André Weitkamp as head of asset management in Germany.
In this newly created role, Weitkamp is responsible for the management of all portfolio properties and client instructions in Germany and will report directly to Paul Muno, Principal Real Estate Europe’s head of investor relations & Germany.
Weitkamp joins the firm from Apleona GVA Argoneo, where he headed the Hamburg branch. He previously held positions at Bilfinger Real Estate, Morgan Stanley Properties and Deka Immobilien Investment.
