Primonial REIM France has completed the acquisition of the Bloom office building, located in the 12th arrondissement of Paris at 61-69 rue de Bercy, from AXA IM Alts, which was acting on behalf of one of its clients.
Spanish-listed company Colonial, owned by Qatar Investment and Mexican group Finnacess, has sold a historic office building in Paris to a French family office.
