Premier, a French-based property company, has opened an office in Valencia to further reinforce its position in the Spanish residential market. The company plans to develop an average of 250 buildings per year in the area. The first step is an investment of EUR 27 mln in the development of three residential projects in Torrent, Albalat dels Sorells and Canet d'En Berenguer. The company intends to build 125 homes between April and December 2008. Premier's strategy in the area is to favour low-profile, small-size operations, according to Real Estate Press.
