Pramerica has leased 3,800 m[sup]2[/sup] of space in its Bristol office building in Vincennes, France to Altadis Distribution. The scheme has been let with a lease term of six years. The rental price was not disclosed.
Westland Shopping Centre in the Brussels neighbourhood of Anderlecht may be up for sale, according to Belgian media reports.
