Property advisor Jones Lang Lasalle announced on Tuesday that the letting process for the Plzen Plaza shopping centre in the Czech Republic has been completed and the 20,000 m[sup]2[/sup] mall is to open its doors on Wednesday. Plzen Plaza offers more than 110 shops as well as a 10-screen Cinema city, the Fantasy amusement park and an Albert supermarket. The Plzen Plaza also has about 700 parking places.
Swiss real estate group Investis has boosted its real estate holdings with the CHF 139 mln (€149 mln) purchase of prime residential properties in Vaud canton.
