Italy's Pirelli Real Estate said it will develop the new Italian headquarters for US technology company 3M. The new head office is expected to house around 600 employees on completion in 2010. Designed by architectural firm Studio MCA, the project will be located within the Malaspina Business Park in Pioltello, in the vicinity of Milan, and will consist of 10,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of space on five levels.
Portuguese real estate investor and developer Bondstone is investing around €70 mln in a residential development in Belas Clube de Campo, municipality of Sintra, Portugal.
