Philips sells 45,000 m[sup]2[/sup] site in France

Electronics manufacturer Philips has sold an 11-hectare site in Mans, Western France, to local authorities, Communauté Urbaine Le Mans Métropole. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. The site comprises 20,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space and 25,000 m[sup]2[/sup] for office/logistics use, which is currently being redeveloped. Philips was advised by JLL and law firm KL & Associés.
