German property lender pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a EUR 13 mln facility to Investec GLL Global Special Opportunities Real Estate Fund for the acquisition of two logistics warehouses located at Ontigola in the Toledo region of Spain.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
