Patron Capital, the pan-European institutional investor focused on property-backed investments, has acquired Blackpool Shopping Centre and Retail Park in Cork in the Republic of Ireland from Värde Partners.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
