PPHE Hotel Group has agreed to acquire the remaining 50% interests in three hotels in Amsterdam and one in Utrecht from a subsidiary of Elbit Imaging Limited for a total of EUR 26.5 mln.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
