Prague-headquartered P3 Logistic Parks has expanded into the UK through the acquisition of two logistics assets from Segro, totalling 81,000 m2 of space in well-established locations.
International developer and asset holder Trei Real Estate has concluded 2024 with the opening of its 41st Vendo Park in Poland.
