Five consortia have bid for the management of the Olympic sports centre in Agios Kosmas, Greece, which hosted the sailing events at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. The winning group will be awarded management of the site for 45 years. The centre provides some 8,945 m[sup]2[/sup] of buildings, a harbour for 1,170 yachts, stores, restaurants and a 30-room, five-star hotel.
Morgan Stanley spin-off, Proprium, made a 20-times multiple on its €65 mln equity investment in 2007 in Motel One.
