Swedish private equity firm Niam has entered into a binding agreement with Citycon for the purchase of a portfolio of three commuter hubs totaling just over 57,000 m2 for a price of SEK 1-5 bn (€150 mln).
Singapore's Mapletree Investments has acquired 31 student housing assets in the UK and Germany from Cuscaden Peak Investments for £1 bn (€1.2 bn).
