Property advisory group Newsec and investment bank SEB Enskilda have been appointed as advisors for the sale of the assets controlled by a BPT Secura real estate fund in the Baltic region.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
