Neinor Homes earmarks €30m for two new housing developments in Guadalajara

Listed Bilbao-based property developer Neinor Homes will invest €30 mln in two new developments in the province of Guadalajara in Spain.

The Acebeda Homes development in Guadalajara capital, which will require an investment of €12 mln, has already been granted planning permission and construction is expected to begin in January 2023.

The complex will consist of 64 two, three and four-bedroom homes with terraces, parking spaces and storage rooms.

It will include a communal area with a swimming pool for adults and children and a solarium.

For its part, Terra Homes will be located in the municipality of Cabanillas del Campo, less than 15 minutes from the provincial capital.

Over €17 mln will be invested in this project, with construction work due to begin in February 2023.

The residential development will consist of 83 homes and include designer detached, semi-detached and semi-detached homes with four and five bedrooms distributed over one or two floors.

The homes in both developments will feature type A energy rating, and incorporate an individualised underfloor heating system, which allows for greater energy efficiency and reduced consumption.

Neinor Homes has nine other developments for sale in the same region.
