Native Land has secured an £18.5 mln (€22 mln) funding arrangement with Grosvenor for St Mary’s Wharf, a 200,000 ft2 (18,500 m2) mixed-use development on brownfield land in the centre of Guildford.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
