Espacio Coruña, developed by Multi Development Spain, has been awarded the definitive BREEAM certificate, with a 'Very Good' ranking. Multi said Espacio Coruña is the first completed shopping centre in Spain to receive this prestigious certification which is also the International Council of Shopping Centers' standard to evaluate the impact of construction of buildings on the surrounding area. BREEAM certification involves the entire system and procedure for measuring the environmental impact of a building.
