Meadow Partners (Meadow) has acquired a 3.8-acre urban industrial site located in West Byfleet, Surrey, outside of London, for an undisclosed sum. The firm will operate the West Byfleet site as an open storage facility.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
