Pan-European investor and asset manager M7 Real Estate, which is owned by Oxford Properties, has opened its first office in the Middle East to capitalise on the continued strong demand for European real estate from investors in the region.
Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has been appointed to bring The Dawson Hotel, 35/36 Dawson Street, Dublin 2 to the market at a guide price of €17.5 mln.
