M7 Real Estate, the pan-European investor and asset manager, has appointed Jean-Kévin Robillard as managing director, France.
Based in Paris, Robillard replaces Chris Pope, who retired from M7 in July this year after nearly a decade with the firm. As Managing Director France, Robillard will be responsible for leading the growth of M7’s platform in the French market.
He will also oversee M7’s acquisition and asset management strategies throughout France, particularly in the retail warehouse and industrial sectors on behalf of its pan-European value add funds and separate account mandates.

Robillard brings over 15 years’ experience in real estate and has been working for M7 as senior asset manager since he joined in September 2022.
Prior to this, he spent six years at Scaprim as a director for retail investment and asset management, leading the initial restructuring of a landmark city centre building, the Grand Hotel Dieu, in Lyon, as well as the acquisition and asset management of retail parks.
Robillard also spent nine years at AEW Europe in the retail asset management team, where he progressed to associate director. Robillard holds a degree in Business from INSEEC Grande École, Paris, and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate from IMPI, Bordeaux.
M7 Real Estate has a total AUM of €195 mln in France, comprising c.160,000 m2 across 27 assets.
