M7 Real Estate (M7), the pan-European investor and asset manager, and Centerbridge Partners (Centerbridge), the global alternative investment manager, have launched a €250 mln joint venture targeting the Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) sector in Continental Europe.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
