Pan-European asset manager M7 Real Estate has acquired around €213 mln of property assets in Finland, Germany and the Netherlands on behalf of its M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners IV fund.
Swiss real estate group Investis has boosted its real estate holdings with the CHF 139 mln (€149 mln) purchase of prime residential properties in Vaud canton.
