Following its launch in January, M&G’s European Living Property Fund has purchased a new asset in Eglinton Place, Dublin for €99.5 mln, adding to its €75 mln maiden acquisition in Finland.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
