London's American Embassy building in Grosvenor Square has been put on the market following the US Department of State's decision to acquire a new site on the South Bank of the River Thames. The building occupies the entire western end of Grosvenor Square and covers a gross area of some 25,200 m[sup]2[/sup] arranged over five floors.
Portuguese real estate investor and developer Bondstone is investing around €70 mln in a residential development in Belas Clube de Campo, municipality of Sintra, Portugal.
