Industrial and logistics developer Mountpark has appointed a new general counsel.
Vishnu Reddy, a finance lawyer, joins from at GMAC Commercial Mortgage Bank. In the new role, he will also be responsible for debt and treasury management.
During more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector, Reddy has also worked in the real estate capital markets group at BNP Paribas, before becoming head of transaction Management at CBRE capital advisors in the debt and structured finance team.
‘We are delighted that Vishnu has joined us as General Counsel,” said Roger Sporle, chief operating officer, Mountpark.
‘Vishnu brings expertise in the legal, banking and property sectors to Mountpark and his experience will be important as we continue to expand the company’s operations in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe.’
The appointment comes soon after Mountpark recruited a new director for development in the CEE region.
