Leonardo Hotels has completed its 40th hotel acquisition in Europe in just two years, according to the firm, marking a significant milestone in its ambitious expansion strategy.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
