Legal & General Property (LGP) has announced it has secured Norbert Dentressangle Logistics as a tenant at Centurion Park in Tamworth, UK. The major French transport and logistics company has taken Unit 2 at the park, which comprises 141,770 sq ft (13,000 m2) of accommodation, on a 10-year lease term. The rent of £673,400 (EUR 804,000) per annum equates to £4.75 per sq ft. Full occupation of the unit will take place from 1 October 2010.
