Listed Swedish real estate company Kungsleden is acquiring three commercial properties near Gothenburg in Sweden from Nordic seasonings producer Santa Maria for SEK 180 mln (EUR 20 mln). The properties, with a total lettable floor space of 23,900 m2, are let to Santa Maria on five and six-year agreements. The total rent comes to SEK 13 mln, reflecting an estimated yield for the transaction of 7.4%.
