Danish real estate development financier Kinnerton has joined forces with Avenue Capital to launch a new €200 mln debt financing platform in the Nordic region.
Under the new partnership, which was originated and managed by Colliers Debt Advisory, the two partners will aim to lend more than €200 mln over the next 12 months to finance affordable residential projects and logistics assets in the Nordic region.

Kinnerton is a provider of real estate development finance across the Nordic region. Since its founding in 2010, Kinnerton has invested over €1.2 bn in development credit on behalf of its clients.
